State Engineer • Director of Training Center • Freelance Developer

State Engineer graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat, I have been directing the ISTA 2 training center in Khénifra (OFPPT) since 2020. In parallel to this Director role, I design and build full-stack web applications, AI agents, and DevOps infrastructure for my own projects and for clients. This dual role — training center director and software engineer — gives me a 360° view: I understand your business needs from the inside and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Strategic and operational leadership: development planning, human and material resources management, instructor supervision, quality assurance, institutional partnerships. Design and deployment of digital planning tools (SmartApp/SmartEfp).
